www.spectronix.net/specifications.htm Spectronix is pleased to announce the release of it's RAMCAM digital camera module.   RAMCAM is a fully equipped digital camera module with embedded frame grabber function.  The unit interfaces just like static RAM!  Target host systems range from low end 8 bit micro's to 16 or 32 bit microcontrollers and CPU's.  The basic module is equipped with 128K RAM, or can be special ordered with 512K bytes of RAM.   Four imagers are supported, the VV5300, VV6300, VV5404, and VV6404 from Vision.
